My goal is always to help you sell your property for more money and in less than 30 days.
You and I will walk through your home looking at every space from a buyers' perspective and discuss how to best market your property to
maximize your buyer traffic.
I will give you a detailed Staging Report full of suggestion that you can implement on your own or you can hire me in a variety of ways to help you.
STAGING REFINEMENT FOR MLS
I will spend a half day refining the rooms using your newly purchased items suggested in Staging Report to make rooms feel inviting and spacious.
I will also provide creative, organizational solutions so that you are able to prep your property for a showings in less than 30 minutes.
I will also take photographs and create a gorgeous Photo Show, YouTube Video and Virtual Flyer using our updated photos for your agent's marketing efforts.
FULL SERVICE STAGING
Once we have completed a consultation appointment you will receive a Home Preparation Plan to complete before the staging day.
I will shop for items to market the property based on your budget.
I will spend a full day in the home working with you, preparing and photographing rooms to maximize buyer traffic. I will create a gorgeous Photo Show, Virtual Flyer using our updated photos for your agent's marketing efforts.
